Not able to synchronize printers after upgrading to Celiveo 8.0.2

Problem: User had installed 8.0.1 Web Admin on their server and had been using it to sync printers. User upgraded this server recently to 8.0.217.0725 and then installed patch 8.0.219.0404.
After upgrading, it is not possible to successfully synchronize any additional printers. Printer gets stuck at "printer rebooting"
Cause: TLS 1.2 is not configured correctly on production server.
Solution:
Disable SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and only enable TLS 1.2 in Windows Registry.
Verify that "SystemDefaultTlsVersions" is enabled in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v2.0.50727] and [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v2.0.50727]
Verify that only TLS 1.2 is enabled in printer EWS.
After configuring TLS 1.2 and rebooted the server, solution is installed but configuration failed.
After removing the https binding in IIS Admin, the synchronization completed successfully.
