During the subscription process, Celiveo 365 is going to be linked to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
For this to be done, the Microsoft365 account subscribing need to be part of one of those two groups:
- Global administrator
- Privilege role administrator
To verify if you have the required role, you will have to sign-in to the Azure portal or Azure AD admin center. Select Azure Active Directory > Users > user name > Assigned roles.
You can see the list of roles assigned to the user at different scopes. Additionally, you can see whether the role has been assigned directly or via group.
Note: without one of these rights, the subscription cannot happen, as we won’t have sufficient rights to link the tenant to Celiveo 365.
