What: Some print, scan and copy jobs information seem to be missing in TGS reports when comparing with the Activity logs of the printer in the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS)
Why: This is because print/copy/scan jobs for blank pages are not reported by the printer to Celiveo. This is a printer firmware feature. The printer EWS reports differently and displays all pages, blank or not.
What's Next: This is an expected situation, you just need to know the TGS reports only pages with data, not blank pages as the HP printers does not inform Celiveo printer agent on such pages.
