This procedure is only applicable if the databases and the Web Admin application are hosted on a different server than the one which crashed.

There is no need to explicitly backup any application files. However, you must upload the Celiveo Virtual Printer installer to the Web Admin so that you can reinstall the Celiveo Virtual Printer, if needed.
A copy of the Celiveo Virtual Printer Installer is automatically uploaded to the Web Admin when the Web Admin is installed. If an upgrade to the Celiveo Virtual Printer is available, you can download it and upload it to the Web Admin.
The Celiveo Virtual Printer Installer is provided as a single *.zip file. To upload the *.zip file to the Web Admin:
No explicit access rights are required to upload a *.zip file to the Web Admin.
Print jobs sent to the Celiveo Virtual Printer does not print, despite the network is working, and no authentication issues exist.
To download the *.zip file containing Celiveo Virtual Printer Installer:
Administrator privileges on the computer you want to install the Virtual Printer on.
Verify that you can print using the Celiveo Virtual Printer.
