What: Scan jobs information seem to be incorrect in TGS reports when comparing with the actual scanned jobs event at Ricoh C307 printer. Scanning a document of 4 pages and printer settings configured to scan ONLY one side of the last page returns incorrect entry in TGS reports due to incorrect input from the printer.
Why: This is because scan jobs for blank pages are also reported by the printer to Celiveo. This is a printer firmware feature. The printer reports differently and scan all pages, blank or not.
What's Next: This is a known situation, TGS reports displays information based on the inputs from the printer.
