When a client purchases Celiveo Enterprise, he has access to updates for the following 90 days.

With a valid support pack he continues to have access to the PJL updates of Celiveo for the device for which he purchased Celiveo, and he has access to support and fixes.

Without a valid support pack, after the 90 days are over, he will no longer have access to these updates nor benefit from support and fixes. If there is a mix of printers and MFPs, the support pack is mandatory (so that the same version of Celiveo is installed on all devices).
