Issue

When printing a document, using the MUP previously imported, an error message appear saying the printing failed appear.

Explanation

This issue might happen with some firewall who will block the traffic sending the printing jobs to the cloud.

How to solve

You will need to open your firewall settings and add a rule autorising Spoolsv (C:\Windows\System32\spoolsv.exe):
