Issue
On a Gemstone 2 Printer, during the authentication process (with login and password) the following ERROR meessage is displayed:
ERROR
System Main has FAILED!
To continue, turn product off then on.
How to solve
On the EWS of the Gemstone 2 printer, navigate to Networking/Secure communication
- Under EC Curves, make sure P-256 is selected.
- For SSL/TLS Protocols, set the min and max TLS version to TLS 1.2
