Description
HP Universal Print Driver (HPUPD) is not compatible with HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 device. The direct print jobs using this driver would result in junk printing. Due to this limitation, HP Office Jet Pro 8600 device currently supported under SecureJet Enterprise using SecureJet Box would need a separate print queue configured with HP Office Jet Pro 8600 device native drivers. The Common SecureJet print queue created using HP Universal Print Driver will not work to pull print jobs.
Symptoms of the issue:
While giving a normal direct print to OJPro 8600 using HP UPD driver, it will print junk.
Issue Resolution
A separate queue to be created on the server which uses native driver (HP OfficeJet Pro 8600) provided by HP. All the users meant to use SJ solution on HP Office Jet Pro device need to use this print queue only.
