Issue:


No tracking data (no reporting) after printing jobs with a KM MFP device.

If you check inside table TrackingData from SJPS database, nothing is shown.



How to solve:


This issue is not on Celiveo but on the settings of the device.

Usually some customer block all communication on the device.

To fix it:

Open the EWS of the device.

Connect with the admin account.

Go to Network > WebDAV Settings > WebDAV Server Settings

Enable "WebDAV Settings", you cankeep the SSL settings by default (Non-SSL Only).

And save.

Tracking should work now.
