This issue can appears inside package CVP 8.8.23.2.

This will be fix with the next CVP package.

If issue appears you can run this script on the SQL Server DB to solve this issue:

USE [master\

GRANT VIEW SERVER STATE TO CeliveoDB

Replace CeliveoDB by the service account use to manage the DB for Celiveo.
