The "BarDIMM demo page" printed accross the page indicates that there is a problem with the license. The license cannot be found or is invalid.
- Ensure your printer has the very latest base firmware
- Ensure BarDIMM has the very latest version (contact us though https://www.bardimm.com to get the update file if you are under warranty support period)
- Try switching the printer off then on.
- If the problem persists and you are under support contract contact your Value-Added Reseller who will either replace the BarDIMM Pro or provide you with an alternate license key
