KB 20210427 - 1 - CVP popup message showing incorrect characters for print notification Print

Issue: CVP popup message showing incorrect characters for print notification with document in Japanese or other languages.

Workaround:

In the Windows10 Control Panel/Region, go to Administrative tab,

click on "Change system locale..." , check tick box "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support"

"Current system locale" should already bet set, for example as Japanese.

The PC must be rebooted after this change.

Note: this issue will be fixed in the next CVP public Release.
